Sgrott-Wheedleton, CPO®, CPO-CD® is the owner and founder of Organizing
Maniacs®, LLC, a productivity consulting and professional organizing service company located in Ashburn,
VA. Organizing Maniacs provides services to those in the Washington, DC Metro area. Cris is a Certified Professional
Organizer, Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization, productivity consultant, speaker and business success
educator dedicated to helping individuals and businesses become productive, organized, and successful. Cris holds a
Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Marketing with a minor concentration in Business Management from Old Dominion University
~ Norfolk, VA. With years of experience, Cris has spent many successful years in the corporate world. Cris is currently pursuing a Certified Organizer Coach certification from the Coach Approach for Professional Organizers. Cris is involved in the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO-National) which includes attending conferences. She is a member of the Green Organizing SIG
(Special Interest Group). In 2011, she received her Certified Professional Organizer - CPO® designation. She is qualified to help with NAPO-in-the-Schools
and Quantum Leap both volunteering arms of NAPO. She is also very involved with NAPO-WDC serving on the Board of Directors for a third term in 2011-2012. In 2011, she was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award by her chapter colleagues. In 2010, she was awarded the Key Leader
Award by the chapter president. She chaired the 2011 MARCPO Conference held on October 15, 2011 at
the Double Tree Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland. She is an active
subscriber of The Institue for Challenging Disorganization (ICD) formerly NSGCD. In 2011, she received her Certified
Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization - CPO-CD® designation. In 2009, she earned a Certificate in Senior Move Management from eSMMART.
Since 2009, she has been a member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. She facilitates a clutter support
group for professionals who are struggling to balance work and personal life. She has been selected to provide aftercare
support for participants of the A&E show - Hoarders. ICD Certification

Julie Mehigan joined Organizing Maniacs in 2009. Julie
is a professional organizer, dedicated to helping individuals and businesses become organized, productive, and successful.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with a minor concentration in German from Winthrop University
~ Rock Hill, SC. She also holds a Master Degree in Education - Counseling and Development from Winthrop University ~ Rock
Hill, SC. Julie spent several successful years in the corporate world working as an advisor and manager.
She is the proud mother of three lovely young ladies, and a regular volunteer in various positions in
the community. Julie is a members of the National Association
of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and has attended several of NAPO-WDC - MARCPO conferences. She is studying for the
Certifed Professional Organizer exam. In 2011, she earned a Certificate in Senior Move Management
from eSMMART.
Stephanie Wright joined Organizing Maniacs in 2010. Stephanie holds
a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. She has an educational background,
specializing in working with children and young adults diagnosed with learning disabilities, executive function deficits,
and ADHD. Stephanie is a professional organizer dedicated to helping
individuals and businesses become organized, productive, and successful. Stephanie and her husband recently moved to Virginia
from California, bringing with them only the belongings that fit into the back of their Honda Element! Stephanie is a member of the National Association of Professional of Professional
Organizers (NAPO) and has attended the local NAPO-WDC MARCPO Conference. In 2011, she earned a Certificate in Senior
Move Management from eSMMART.
Organizing Maniacs – Connecticut
Valeria Sgrott Downey joined Organizing Maniacs in 2010.
Valeria is currently pursuing a Nursing Degree from Three Rivers Community College. She has spent over 15 years working
in Senior Living Communities. She is left-handed, creative, and great
at figuring out how things work. She has always had a natural gift for keeping things clutter free and well organized.
She is Cris’ middle sister and is currently planning a June 2012 wedding.
